  Disgusting service from this store. Ordered dinner for 3 kids under 8 @ 4.17pm, called the store at 5.30pm to ask where it was and was told it was on its way. 15 minutes later the driver appeared and tried to tell me that he went to the wrong address and had to walk (why he didn't just get in his car again i don't know), poor excuse!
  
  Opened our order and every bit of it was freezing cold!!! 3 starving kids, we had no choice but to heat it up ourselves. I then called the store to speak to a manager, the girl on the phone was useless and tried to lie and say the driver broke down (wasn't his story). Finally spoke to a manager who claimed we had received our meal in under an hour, complete lie and I have phone records to prove that!
  
  Was asked to call back yesterday (15/01/15), done that and was told I'd receive a full refund due to the service and poor quality of the meal itself, conveniently enough the machine to do the refund was broken (aye right), was told by the 'manager' id be called back today (16/01/15) to complete the refund and surprise surprise, it's now 8.25pm and no phone call.
  
  Disgusting service, shame on you's! I will take this all the way and make sure everyone knows to avoid you in future.
