- 1 / 5By Katie MoffatBoyfriend and I ordered a meal at quarter past 2 in the morning to be delivered as it said it shut at quarter past 3 on just eat. We made our order but my boyfriend changed his mind about what he wanted and phoned to change 5 minutes after placing the order. The man who answered informed him that his meal was already made so he couldn't change it which was completely understandable although surprising that it was made so quickly! We phoned them around 10 past 3 but no answer. The just eat time said it would be delivered at 25 past 3 so we waited and waited but they were a no show. Annoying because they took our money by accepting the order and never phoned to say it wasn't going to turn up at all. Very disappointed. The previous time they phoned us to come and collect our order even though we had asked for delivery, completely unreliable.July 01, 2016
